With more than 20 years experience, our focus is SME development in Australia and internationally. We pride ourselves on our practical and grounded approach, based on an intimate understanding of business development, the range of programs and strategies that can be used and how adaptation works in a range of different cultures and business environments.

CREEDA Projects has developed a network of associate consultants who bring specialized skills and experience that enhance our capacity to develop business in regional Australia and internationally. We have forged our reputation in implementing new directions in small business development, through the success of our business incubators and other SME development initiatives and the enterprise development projects we have undertaken.

CREEDA Projects has worked very closely with Government agencies and local development bodies to develop and implement economic development projects that expand local employment opportunities. Of note is our work with business incubators, business support services and micro, small and medium businesses.
